On July 9th in Bangkok, the International Institute of Communications brought together international experts with deep experience of spectrum assignment policies to discuss and assess the successes and failures of the different models.
The event was opened by the Chairman of the NBTC, Air Chief Marshal Thares Punsri, and with a keynote address by Dr Sutiphon Thaveechaiyagarn, Commisisoner of the NBTC, the event was moderated by Dr John Ure of the Technology Research Project (TRP), University of Hong Kong.
