The ASEAN ICT Masterplan 2015 (AIM 2015) has reached its halfway mark in 2013. It is, therefore, an appropriate milestone to pause and take stock of what has been achieved thus far. The AIM 2015 Mid-Term Review, commissioned to TRPC, examines whether and where there is a need to refine or recalibrate various initiatives to successfully address the stated intent of the Masterplan and, where necessary, to establish a revised framework moving forward.
